The head office is in Hong Kong and regional offices in New Jersey, Rotterdam, London, Frankfurt, Cologne, Paris, Madrid, Milan and Tokyo, and two R&D facilities, one in Paderborn Germany, and the other in Hong Kong.

This position is based in the North American Headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities

    * To process all accounts payable

    * Perform and process accounts receivables.

    * General balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner

    * Sales analysis and forecasting

    * Sales commission calculations

    * Monthly closing responsibilities

    * Processing payroll through ADP

    * Inter-company payables

    * Cost analysis and strategy

    * Additional tasks as assigned

Essential Experience & Knowledge

 

• BS  in Accounting

 

• A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting.​

 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.​

 

• Receptive to innovation and change.​

 

• Ability to prioritize, work independently and multitask

 

• Working knowledge of ADP, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Hyperion, and CL Plus

 

• Expert in Excel

 

 

 

Desirable Experience

 

• Experience in working for an international organization.​

 

• Working towards or desire to obtain a CPA.​

 

• Web based CRM software

 

• Manufacturing experience is a plus
