If you are an HR, after completing your registration, you may directly post your job advertisements and search for applicants since the registration phase includes all subscription and payment processes. If you are looking for a job, this means that you are a Vinsumer. After completing your registration with Vinsume, it is highly recommended that you create your video profile and video resume before searching and applying for job posts.

Please login to the system using your registration details and in the dashboard screen, “my video resumes” section, click on “create a video resume file” link to create your video resume. A wizard will guide you through this creation process. At the end of the wizard, you will be presented an option to record your video resume, during which you will use your webcam and microphone.

A video resume is a combination of a video script (textual information) and a video file recorded using this video script (being read by you during recording). A video profile is a collection of user information. You may attach a video resume (video recording) to a video profile.

|
|
Why do I create a video script? In order to provide the best possible presentation of yourself, Vinsume allows you to prepare your own questions (or a subset of pre-defined questions) and answers prior to the video recording. A video script is such a prepared collection of questions and your answers that you are about to read along during your video recording.

You may not apply to a job without a profile. How do employers/recruiters find my profile? Once your profile is created, it is added to the database for employers/recruiters to search. They can either perform search manually using some criteria, search through video script answers or use best-fit approach of Vinsume to gather information about the applicants that fit to their criteria the best.

There are several paid subscriptions for Vinsumers that provide more facilities. According to the subscription, profiles of such Vinsumers are displayed on the main page as a “featured Vinsumer”.
