Video resumé is NOT mandatory in order to apply for a position unless the employer of the job posting demanded a video resumé specifically.

Most employers leave video resumés optional for job applications but when employers perform a search for applicants on our portal, they look for applicants with complete profiles with video resumés. It is highly recommended to create a video resumé along with a profile in order to increase the chance of being considered for a position and gain advantage over the applicants who do not have video resumés on file.
